A K1PERFORMANCE class consists of an exciting mix of challenging whole body movements, using body weight, dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls to make the movements really hard, and to make you sweat (burn calories and build muscle!). Focussing on whole body movements, rather than conventional isolation exercises, uses a many more muscles allover your body in one exercise, building more muscle with a more natural look, and burning more fat. Each class is different to keep your mind fresh and your body guessing.
